Debt Magic Terms of Service

Effective Date: 08/01/2025

This Debt Magic Terms Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you (“you,” “user”) and Changed Inc. (“Changed,” “we,” “us”), the owner and operator of Debt Magic. While our team also develops the Changed App, Debt Magic is a separate application with distinct functionality.

By downloading or using Debt Magic (the “App”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not download, install, or use the App.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.

Debt Magic provides calculators and educational tools designed to help you understand debt payoff strategies. Debt Magic does not move money, manage accounts, or make payments on your behalf.

Debt Magic is owned by Changed Inc. Your use of Debt Magic may present opportunities to connect with Changed Inc. for financial services. Those services are subject to Changed Inc.’s separate Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

The App is for informational purposes only. We do not provide legal, financial, or tax advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

You may need to create an account using Firebase Authentication. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

Your use of the App is subject to the Debt Magic Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

The App may link to Changed Inc. or other third-party providers. We are not responsible for third-party content, terms, or services.

All intellectual property in the App belongs to Changed Inc. You may use the App only for your personal, non-commercial use.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes.
   
• Interfere with the App’s operation.
   
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the software.
   

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Changed Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Debt Magic.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cook County, Illinois.

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App after changes indicates acceptance.
