Debt Magic Privacy Policy

Debt Magic (“Debt Magic,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is owned and operated by Changed Inc., a Delaware corporation. While our team also develops the Changed App, Debt Magic is a separate product with its own purpose and functionality. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use the Debt Magic mobile application (the “App”).

1. Information We Collect

Account Information: Email address and login credentials collected through Firebase Authentication.
Device & Usage Data: Device identifiers, crash logs, and in-app activity (via Firebase).
Financial Inputs: Information you enter into the calculator (such as loan amounts, balances, interest rates, and payments). This data is stored securely but is not automatically transmitted to third parties unless you opt in.
Lead Sharing: If you choose to connect with Changed Inc. for debt repayment tools or financial services, your inputs may be shared with Changed Inc. to help generate tailored offers.

2. How We Use Information

To operate and maintain the App.
To generate debt payoff scenarios and other financial estimates.
To analyze usage and improve functionality.
To provide you with the option of connecting with Changed Inc. for financial services and offers.
To comply with applicable laws and App Store requirements.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your data. We may share:

With Service Providers (e.g., Firebase by Google for authentication, hosting, and analytics).
With Changed Inc. if you opt to connect with their services.
If required by law or regulation.

4. Data Retention

Your account data and calculator inputs are retained as long as you use the App. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

5. Security

We use industry-standard security practices, including Firebase security features. However, no system is 100% secure.

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

7. International Users

Debt Magic is operated in the United States. Your data may be processed in the U.S.

8. Changes

We may revise this Privacy Policy. If material changes occur, we will notify you within the App or by other means.
